The 70% Rule is about only giving 70% of your energy and keeping the other 30% for yourself. Originally a concept from a Yoga Teacher Training, 70% keeps coming up in a bunch of other places. As an example, most machines operate at a 70% capacity with downtime and repairs. Consulting firms account for a 70% billable rate for sick time and vacation.
So why do we keep feeling the need to give 110-120% when nothing else gives that level of effort?
You know that feeling when you've given WAYYY too much to everyone and just want to take a nap? What if that never happened again - and you just always had the energy?
Real Talk:
Has anyone actually gotten there with 120% and NOT hit burn out?
How to ditch the clutter in your life and breath easier.
Creating a daily routine that allows you to thrive.
Cutting through the mental noise and establishing your "why".

I bring clarity, momentum, and people-first leadership to business critical work. I've worked along-side CEOs, founders, and investors to guide high-stakes transformation. I step in when change needs to stick, teams need alignment, and leadership needs a right hand who can own the details and move the work forward.
I’ve worked on both sides of the table—as a consultant and as an internal operator—so I know that strategy only works if your people are behind it. I translate vision into action, move with your pace, and communicate with the clarity your teams and stakeholders expect.
